Rancho Guajome Adobe, listed in the National Register of Historic Places as Guajome Ranch House, is an adobe house in Vista, California. Built in 1852–53 as the headquarters for the Rancho Guajome Mexican land grant, it is a large Spanish Colonial hacienda with two courtyards.[3]

It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1970.[2][3]

It is located within the northernmost limits of Vista, in San Diego County, California.
